Shipping Costs are nonrefundable

Products can be returned for free within a 20-day period, but there are certain exceptions (refer to the information on Freight Returns and Products Not Eligible for Return).

Return Merchandise Authorization numbers remain valid for 20 days. Returns after the 20-day time period are subject to a restock fee, or no return at all.

Common Reasons for Return

  1. Product is defective – If you receive a defective Product, please inform us, and ShopTruckParts.com will go above and beyond to resolve the issue.
  2. Product is damaged – ShopTruckParts.com values and acknowledges the contributions of common carriers. Products are shipped regularly, and on rare occasions, accidents can result in damaged packaging when Products reach you. However, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please take pictures of everything, and inform us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
  3. Product is incorrect – We recognize that mistakes can occur with orders. If you happen to receive an incorrect order or if we assured you that a Product would fit your truck but it doesn’t, please reach out to us. In some cases, it might be a straightforward solution; if not, we’ll initiate the return process. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving the issue and ensuring it’s made right.

Exchanges

New Products, which include their original packaging, hardware, and instructions, are eligible for exchange. There won’t be any additional fees for exchanges, but the customer is responsible for covering shipping charges.

Non-Defective Products

  1. Items that are in working order and haven’t been installed should be returned in their original, unused state.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are good for 20 days from the date of issue. If more than 20 days have passed, customers need to ask for a new Return Merchandise Authorization.
  3. We only accept returns for special order Products if the fault lies with us.
  4. For your return, we offer a distinct label for each box. To ensure that your return is handled correctly, please avoid using a single return label on multiple boxes or combining multiple Products in one box, unless they were originally delivered to you in that manner.
  5. Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned Product at its designated destination. If there are significant differences in the content, weight, or dimensions of the returned shipment compared to what was approved for return, the refund process may experience additional delays or could potentially be declined.
